How long will it take for cabinets to be ready for installation?
Pre ordered cabinets- 4-5 weeks from date of order
Chinese cabinetry- 1 week from order
Custom work- this depends upon project size and finish. Average time 6-12 wks.
Do you use “Green” materials
When requested, green products are readily available if your project requires.
Can I get a sample of style and color?
We have a wide variety of samples for viewing in the shop. You are welcome to borrow a sample from the shop at no charge if you are under contract with us or by leaving a refundable deposit if you are not.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes.
On preordered cabinets- Chinese and North American products, each line carries its own warranty depending on the manufacturer.
On Custom work- Warranty terms depend on design, style and finish
How do I clean and care for my cabinets?
We do not recommend any particular commercial cleaning products, but typically suggest wiping with a damp rag, followed with a dry cloth.
How can I touch up my cabinets if they get scratched?
For both custom and manufactured cabinetry, touch up sticks, crayons or markers are included with your order.
